Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 2026

Our Commitment

Victory Tax Lawyers, LLP is committed to making victorytaxlaw.com usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition software, and keyboard-only navigation. We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design, build, and review the Site.

Conformance Status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA conformance level published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone. We test against these criteria as part of our development process and review the Site regularly.

We acknowledge that some content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA in every place. When we identify gaps, we work to remediate them.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML structure with descriptive headings, landmarks, and ARIA attributes where appropriate
  • Color contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds for body text and interactive elements
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, and interactive components
  • Alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images marked appropriately
  • Visible focus indicators on interactive elements
  • Form fields with associated labels and clear error messaging
  • Responsive layouts that reflow without loss of content at standard zoom levels

If you encounter a barrier on this Site, or if there is content you cannot access, please tell us. Accessibility reports help us improve the Site for everyone.

Please describe the issue and, if possible, the page URL, the device and browser you were using, and any assistive technology in use.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days.
