After receiving her bachelor’s degree from Cal State University, Northridge, Jackie began working in the tax resolution industry in 2011 as a Case Specialist before becoming an Enrolled Agent. She has experience in many aspects of the tax resolution world including individual income, business employment tax, and trust fund assessments. Jackie uses her passion for writing to write convincing proposals and correspondence to taxing authorities to get the best possible outcome for her clients. She finds the work both challenging and rewarding. In her spare time, she likes to read, watch period dramas, and camping with her family in their RV.
